Note: 3 hours advance order with a cut off time by 1PM.Or contact us right away and we will assist you as soon as possible!

5) Delivery will be made in the range of time on every sessions

6) We are able to courier to you your purchases of every party items excluding gas balloons within Malaysia. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days for West Malaysia and 7 working days for East Malaysia

Self-Pick Up at Store

1) For Self-Pick Up at Store, kindly refer to our outlet locations & operation hours here.

2) Your order will be ready to pick up on the selected date & time-slot, shall there be any changes, please direct contact us at least 1 day in advance for re-arrangement.

3) While we ensure all our outlets fully stocked up, but we may run out of colors/stocks due to sudden demand. If your order is affected, we will direct contact you to discuss on alternatives.
